Pauly's BBQ was started back in February 2010 by Paul & Sarah Kuhns of Arthur, IL. Paul originally started smokin' barbeque as a hobby. Paul, originally from Arthur, was a self-employed cabinet installer trying to provide for his family. When times got tough, Paul decided to set up on the main street in Arthur and sell his BBQ for some extra money. Within the next year, Paul & Sarah were approached to open up what used to be known as Tom's Dairyland and the rest is history!!
